A true leader is a person who constantly strives for more.

How should you best help people succeed in network marketing? Help out others through helping your downline FIRST. Dont get caught up in selling all of your products yourself in order to bring in a big commission check. Empower and inspire your downline team to sell more and you will bring in more revenue with less effort!
The leader is not hogging the spotlight
Dont be stingy and keep the spotlight on you and you alone. You make think that its great to have all of the glory because you have the biggest downline or the highest rank in your jurisdiction. But thats not how it works: nothing is more satisfying than sharing the glory with your downline and helping them get to the same heights. Take the time to educate yourself and support them as they grow. Even if they make it to a higher ranking than you you still receive income off of their successes!
A leader is always reading for education
Dont assume that educational and selfhelp books are for the weakminded or that they are a waste of your time. You have to feed your brain just like you have to feed your body. If you keep your mind full of the right stuff you will be blocking out the negative influences keeping you from the success you deserve. Once you start living a life that your books talk about people will listen and people will notice.
Keep in mind that all leaders are still human! You are not going to see results right away. But dont punish yourself if you get frustrated. Remember that it takes time for a leader to be formed and that everyone makes mistakes. Follow these rules and you will see your patience pay off.
